She wears a black hat with paint stains usually spotted on it that never leaves it's place and has many bracelets hiding her wrists.  She has a big bright smile that rarely leaves her face with a star adorning her right cheek that she drew on herself. One thing that stands out are her bright two different colored eyes. She is usually spotted in her school uniform or hero suit.

○ She can make paint fumes come out of her body, this is good for distracting a target.
